Warm Lobster Roll

Ingredients

1 lb. cooked lobster meat
3 tbsp. salted butter, divided
1 tsp. Salmon with Dill spice blend
Lettuce
2  hotdog rolls
1 lemon for garnish

Directions

Cut the lobster meat into bitesize pieces and put aside in a bowl. Melt the butter and mix in Salmon with Dill spice blend. Pour melted butter mixture onto the lobster and toss lightly. 

Toast the rolls. Line the inside of the roll with lettuce and top with lobster. Serve immediately with remaining butter on the side. 

Note: You can substitute Shrimp Scampi spice blend for a garlic taste.
