2 tbs melted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Healthy Solutions Lemon Pepper Scallops
4 to 6 (6-ounce) center-cut salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 350℉. Mix together Healthy Solutions Lemon Pepper Scallops and butter. Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil begins to smoke, add the salmon, placing it skin side up into the skillet. Cook for until the flesh is seared and golden brown, about 1 minute
Turn salmon skin side down and brush with butter and spice mixture. Place the skillet into the preheated oven; and cook for 10-12 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
