Spider Web Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Butter or Olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
4 cups Chicken Broth or Stock
1 29 oz can Pumpkin
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 packet Healthy Solutions Perfect Steak spice blend
Sour cream and piping bag 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Over medium heat, melt butter (or olive oil) and sauté onions until tender. Add remaining ingredients to a large stock pot. Stir in sautéed onions. Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Fill a piping bag with sour cream and pipe it in circles on top of the soup, starting small on the middle and working your way out to about and inch from the edge of the bowl. Drag a toothpick or knife through the sour cream from the center outward to make a web pattern.
