Warm Lobster Roll

Ingredients

1 lb cooked lobster meat
5 tbsp. unsalted butter, divided
1 tsp. Delicate Dill spice blend
Lettuce
2 hotdog rolls
1 lemon for garnish

Directions

Cut the lobster meat into bitesize pieces and put aside in a bowl. Melt 3 tbsp. of the butter and mix in Delicate Dill spice blend. Pour melted butter mixture onto the lobster and toss lightly. 

Toast the rolls. Line the inside of the roll with lettuce and top with lobster. Serve immediately with remaining butter on the side.

Note: You can substitute Salmon with Dill spice blend if you have that on hand.
