Cajun Crab Balls with Dill Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Crab Balls:
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 cup plain Panko breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. Healthy Solutions Cajun Seafood spice blend
2 tbsp. olive oil or butter

Dill Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tbsp. Delicate Dill spice blend

Directions

Mix crab, breadcrumbs, egg, and Cajun Seafood spice blend together with a fork until combined. Form balls or small patties with the mixture.

Heat oil in a skillet (cast iron works great) on medium. Add the crab balls and cook until they are lightly browned on all sides, turning often.

To make dip, combine all dip ingredients together. Chill until ready to serve.

Note: If you already have our Salmon with Dill spice blend, you can substitute that for the Delicate Dill.
