Grilled Cajun Shrimp and Pineapple Kabobs


1 lb raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp. Healthy Solutions Cajun Seafood spice blend
Fresh pineapple chunks
Wood skewers


Prepare wooden skewers for the grill by placing them in a bowl of cold water for about 20 minutes. In a small bowl, mix Healthy Solutions Cajun Seafood spice blend into olive oil. Brush mixture onto both sides of shrimp. 

Remove the skewers from the water and dry them on a paper towel. Slide the shrimp and pineapple onto the skewers, alternating every other one. Grill for 1-2 minutes, turning once.
