2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ crescent dinner rolls
2 lbs. ground pork, beef, veal (combined)
1 large egg
3/4 cup whole milk
1 packet Healthy Solutions Savory Meatloaf
1 cup plain Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
3 tbsp. ketchup
non-stick cooking spray
1 egg white, lightly beaten with 1 tbsp. water
Heat oven to 350℉. Combine all ingredients, except crescent rolls, together in a large bowl. On a baking sheet (treated with nonstick cooking spray), form the meatloaf mixture into a ring, leaving a 3" opening in the center. It should look like a lifesaver.
Bake uncovered in oven for 1-1½ hours until cooked meatloaf is cooked through. If using a meat thermometer, it should read 160°. Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, separate crescent and place on a clean baking sheet in the shape of a sun with pointy sides out and wider side forming a circle in the middle.
Gently place cooked meatloaf onto crescent roll ring close to the center. Fold pointed ends of crescent rolls over meatloaf toward the center of the ring, tucking tips under meatloaf.
Brush crescent rolls with egg white and return loaf to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
