12 eggs, hard cooked and peeled
1½ tsp. Healthy Solutions Cajun Seafood spice blend
1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise (or your favorite)
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
2 scallions, chopped
Cut eggs in half and remove yolks to a small bowl. Arrange egg whites on a serving platter. Add mayo, mustard and spices to yolks and mash together with a fork until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into each egg white half. Top eggs with bacon and chopped scallions. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
