Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients

1½ lbs. Swordfish
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Healthy Solutions Grilled Swordfish spice blend

Directions

Turn on grill and heat to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, brush both sides of the fish with oil and sprinkle on Grilled Swordfish spice blend.

Grill swordfish until the thickest part is slightly opaque, about 3 minutes each side. 

Note: For stronger flavor, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before grilling.
