Vegetable oil (enough to fill frying pan to 1" deep)
1 cup milk
2 cups Italian-style bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Healthy Solutions Garlic Lovers spice blend
24 store-bought cheese ravioli, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Pour oil into a large frying pan until it is 1" deep. Heat the oil to 325℉. A deep-fry thermometer works best to assure accurate temperature.
While the oil is heating, mix the bread crumbs and Healthy Solutions Garlic Lovers together in a bowl. Put the milk into another bowl. Dip each ravioli into the milk, then into the bread crumbs, making sure to coat them completely.
When the oil is hot, fry the ravioli for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Transfer the fried ravioli to paper towels to drain excess oil.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Heat warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
Note: If you prefer to bake rather than fry the ravioli, place ravioli on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 375℉ for about 10 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
