1 lb. ground turkey (85% lean)
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
3 tbsp. onion, finely minced
3 tbsp. carrot, finely minced
2 tbsp. Healthy Solutions Sesame Ginger Tuna spice blend
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
Combine all ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Place in skillet treated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook on medium until outside is browned and no longer pink in the middle. Great as an appetizer or served with rice noodles.
Note: Makes 4 servings. If you use 99% lean ground turkey, the meatballs may turn out dry.
