1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup plain Panko crumbs
1 tbsp. Delicate Dill seasoning
1 lb. flaked crab meat (about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
In a medium bowl, combine egg and Panko crumbs. Add Delicate Dill seasoning. Mix
completely. Gently fold in crabmeat. Shape into burgers. Add olive oil to pan and spread to
cover bottom. Pan-fry crab cakes for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until
golden brown. Place on bun or lettuce wrap. Top with dill sauce (recipe below) and enjoy!
Mix 1/2 cup sour cream, mayonnaise, or plain Greek Yogurt with 1 teaspoon Delicate Dill
seasoning. Chill until ready to serve.
