2 tbsp. Healthy Solutions Herb Crusted Tilapia blend
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
4 to 6 (6-ounce) center-cut salmon fillets
Preheat the oven to 400℉. Combine the Herb Crusted Tilapia spice blend and bread crumbs in a bowl. Melt butter and add to crumb mixture, stirring until completely combined. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp. of butter and 1 tbsp. olive oil on medium-high heat. Add the salmon and sear, flesh side down, for about 2 minutes. Flip and top each salmon fillet with the crumb mixture. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the salmon flakes with a fork. Serve immediately.
