1½ lbs. fresh salmon
2 tbsp. butter or olive oil
1½ tsp Salmon with Dill spice blend
1 lemon, sliced
Preheat the oven to 400℉. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place the salmon in the baking dish, skin side down.
In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the Salmon with Dill spice blend. Pour the butter over the salmon. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the fish.
Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily. Remove from the oven and serve.
