Perfect Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

2 lbs. russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
4 tbsp. olive oil
1½ tbsp. Versatile Veggies spice blend

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400℉. Cut potatoes into chunks and place on a baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Toss the potatoes with olive oil and Versatile Veggies spice blend. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and crispy.
