Cajun Deviled Eggs


eggs (hard-cooked, peeled and halved)
1/4 cup your favorite Mayonnaise 
1 tsp your favorite Dijon Mustard 
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp Healthy Solutions Cajun Seafood spice blend


Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Mash egg yolks in small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except egg white halves. Mix completely.

Spoon or pipe yolk filling into egg whites. Chill for about 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley or additional Cajun spice blend, if desired.
