Meatballs in Sweet & Sour Sauce


2 large eggs 
1/4 cup milk
1 packet Italian Meatballs 
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Sweet & Sour Sauce:
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup your favorite store bought tomato sauce
1 tbsp. flour
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Parsley, chopped


Preheat oven to 375℉. Beat eggs; add milk and Italian Meatballs spice blend. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Shape mixture into 1” balls and place on a baking sheet prepared with nonstick spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes, turning once or until lightly browned.

Sweet & Sour Sauce:
In a saucepan combine vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, flour and red pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

To serve:
Add meatballs to sauce and top with chopped parsley before serving.
