Roasted Turkey

From our HHSB Test Kitchen – the perfect roasted turkey for your holiday table.

Cook Time: 4-4. hrs
Serves: 8-10
Calories/Serving: About 300

Ingredients
1 20 lb turkey
1 packet Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Pork & Poultry Rub
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups turkey or vegetable broth
1 stick unsalted butter<

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Remove giblets from turkey and rinse the turkey both inside and out. Pat turkey dry with paper towels. Place turkey in a large roasting pan. Rub olive oil over entire turkey. Sprinkle on entire packet of Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Pork & Poultry Rub.

Add broth and butter to bottom of roasting pan. Add turkey to pan on roasting rack and bake for 20 minutes per pound or until juices run clear wen you cut between the leg and thigh. Remove turkey from oven; cover with foil. Let stand for at least 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
