Italian Bread Balls


Direct from our HSSB Test Kitchen – Our Italian Meatball blend is great for making these Italian Bread Balls. 

Prep Time: 5 min                                                          Cook Time: 8-10 min   
Makes 16-20 one ounce balls                                   Calories/Serving: About 75 each

1 package store bought pizza dough
3 tbsp butter or olive oil
2 tsp Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Italian Meatballs

Preheat oven to 425°F. Break apart pizza dough and roll into

Melt butter and add spice blend. Mix completely. Roll dough ball in butter mixture, covering the dough with the mixture on all side.


Place in small muffin pan and bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.


Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.  Serve warm with a size of Marinara sauce for dipping.
