1 lb. ground turkey
2 cups pumpkin or butternut squash
2 cups low sodium chicken broth or stock
1 packet Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Authentic Chili/Tacos
½ tsp cinnamon
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans chopped green chilies
1 can black beans
1 can white beans
Cut squash or pumpkin into bite size pieces; set aside. In a large skillet, cook ground turkey on medium heat in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add chopped onion, green chilies, cinnamon and beans. Stir to combine. Slowly stir in chicken broth. Mix in Healthy Solutions Authentic Chili/Tacos.
Cook on low for 20-30 minutes, until turkey is cooked through and onions are tender.
Serve topped with sour cream or Greek yogurt and shredded cheese if desired.
