1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp ketchup
3/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
egg roll wrappers
3 tbsp yellow mustard
1 packet Ultimate Burger spice blend
1 cup Vegetable oil
Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Remove from heat; drain fat. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Add entire packet of Ultimate Burger spice blend, mixing completely in meat. Mix in ketchup, mustard, pickles and cheese.
Place egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Use 1/4 cup meat mixture for each egg roll. Roll egg roll (see photos below), wetting edges with water to act as glue. Place rolled egg rolls on parchment paper while finishing wrapping. They may stick to the plate without the parchment paper.
Heat oil to 350°F. Add egg rolls to hot oil, leaving room between them. Turn over with fork or spoon to brown all sides. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel. Serve immediately or let cool, refrigerate, and reheat later.
Note: You can also bake these on a pizza stone in a 375° preheated oven if you prefer to skip the oil and frying.
