Sesame Ginger Chicken Nuggets

Direct from our HSSB Test Kitchen – Need a quick and delicious dinner idea? These chicken nuggets take no time at all. 

Prep Time: 10 min                Cook Time: 20-30 min        Serves 4                                 

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb boneless chicken breast or tenders
2 tbsp olive oil
1 packet Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Sesame Ginger Tuna 
1/2 cup milk
1 cup plain Panko crumbs

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine Panko crumbs and spice blend in a bowl. Set aside. Cut chicken breast into chunks or strips. Dip each piece into milk, then into Panko and spice mixture. Spray bottom of pan or baking sheet with non-stick spray. Cast iron works great for crispy chicken. Place chicken pieces in single layer in pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crispy.
