Cajun Wings

Direct from the HSSB Test Kitchen

Prep time: 10 min          Cook time: 30 min          Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup flour
1 packet Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Cajun Seafood
Parchment paper

DIRECTIONS:
Mix equal parts flour and Cajun blend in a bowl. Roll wings in mixture, shaking off any excess. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place parchment paper on baking sheet; add chicken wings and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. No need to add any oil or fat.

Note: For crispier wings, substitute Panko crumbs for the flour.
